During the month of September we are going to have several blogs addressing an issue many of you face on a daily basis, problems with your boss. I have faced this issue myself and know the difficulty this can bring in to your social and personal life. How do you know when your boss is a bully? What do you do to take care of the situation? Where can you turn to for help? How do you protect yourself? Stay tuned as we face this topic and break things down in to a language everyone can understand.
I will also be looking for those that are willing to share information about the difficulties they have had with their boss, and how they handled the situation.
